• 3 ounces of water for a dip
• 4 ounces of water for a sauce
• 8 ounces of water for soup

Directions

1. Combine 1 heaping scoop (1 serving) with 3 to 6 oz. water to make a dip, sauce or soup (varies with the water quantity added*) into a microwave-safe bowl.  Stir well.
2. Microwave on high for 1 min; then stir.  Continue to microwave on high for another 1 min.
3. Remove bowl from microwave, stir and allow 1-2 minutes to cool.  Enjoy.

*Water Qty:  3 oz - Dip; 4 oz - Sauce; 6 oz - Soup
