Due to the lack of preservatives in this product, it is kept frozen in our warehouse until the day it ships. We have extensively tested this product, and it is able to withstand normal transit times and temperatures without molding.
Refrigerate upon receipt to preserve shelf life for up to 45 days, freeze for up to 6 months. No credit will be issued for improperly stored goods.

To prevent your package from sitting outside in direct sunlight, arrange to be home for delivery or deliver to an alternate location, such as work or a friend's house. Freeze your products upon receipt until you are ready to use.
