Does this pack contain caffeine? Three of the five patches do. Slim Trim contains approximately 100 mg of naturally occurring caffeine per patch, and Metabolism Plus and Fasting Aid contain naturally occurring caffeine from green tea. B12 Energy Plus and Nausea Relief are caffeine-free.

Can I wear the patches at the same time? Yes. If you are sensitive to caffeine, wear only one of the green tea patches (Metabolism Plus, Slim Trim, Fasting Aid) at a time, and ask your healthcare provider before combining patches.
