Puréed Diet Meal Plan
At this phase, you should begin to carefully measure your portions. Use this sample meal plan as a guide to prepare for your puréed diet phase.
The Puréed Diet (also referred to as Phase 3, the Soft Solid Diet, or the Mushy Foods Diet) follows the full liquids diet after weight-loss surgery. While your surgeon will instruct you when that transition should happen, you'll most likely begin this phase sometime between one week and one month post-op depending on which procedure you've had done.
