- 1 package BariatricPal Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 cup broccoli
- 1 tbsp. dried onion
- 1 cup hot water
- Ground pepper to taste
- Fill a medium saucepan with one-half inch of water. Add in broccoli and onion. Cover and bring to a boil.
- Cook broccoli and onion for another 2 minutes or until bright green.
- Combine the broccoli, onion, 1 cup of water, pepper and soup, mix in a blender and puree until smooth.
