Broccoli Bisque



  • Fill a medium saucepan with one-half inch of water. Add in broccoli and onion. Cover and bring to a boil.
  • Cook broccoli and onion for another 2 minutes or until bright green.
  • Combine the broccoli, onion, 1 cup of water, pepper and soup, mix in a blender and puree until smooth.
