 INGREDIENTS :

  • 1 package BariatricPal Cream of Tomato Soup
  • 1/2 cup tomato chopped
  • 1/2 cup green pepper chopped
  • 1/2 cup green onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • Chili powder, as desired
  • 1 ½ tsp. dried red pepper flakes
  • Hot sauce, as desired
  • 1 cup water

Salsa Dip PREPARATION :

  • Mix all ingredients in a blender on low until smooth.
