Chocolate Mint Mousse

    INGREDIENTS :

  • 1 package BariatricPal Swiss Chocolate Shake/Pudding
  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 envelope knox unflavored gelatin
  • 2 packets diet sweetener
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. cocoa
  • 1 tsp. creme de menthe extract
  • 1/2 cup of water

Chocolate Mint Mousse

  PREPARATION :

  • Mix the half cup boiling water into gelatin. Stir vigorously with wire whisk, until dissolved.
  • Add remaining ingredients to gelatin mixture. Mix well. Pour into container with tight-fitting lid.
  • Put in freezer until set and very cold, but not frozen.
  • Mix with electric mixer on high speed until peaks form and mixture is lightly fluffy. serve at once.
