- 2 packages BariatricPal Cream of Chicken Soup
- 6 oz. chicken breast, whole
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup carrots, sliced thin
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, minced
- 1/2 scallions, minced
- 2 tsp. onion powder
- 1 slice whole wheat bread
- Combine all but the bread in microwave-safe oven dish.
- Microwave for 5 minutes, or until vegetables are soft and chicken is cooked.
- Tear bread into small pieces and add to chicken-vegetable mixture.
