Spaghetti squash pasta toss with 1 cup spaghetti squash, 3 ounces shrimp or scallops, and 1 tablespoon of olive oil
Low-carb lasagna with eggplant slices, spaghetti sauce, mushrooms, low-fat mozzarella cheese
Salad with lettuce, spinach, or baby greens, 1 cup cut raw vegetables, and lean protein such as ½ cup tofu, 3 ounces chicken breast or tuna, or 1 cooked veggie burger.

- 1 ounce low-fat shredded cheese
- ½ cup canned tomatoes
- ½ cup cooked diced vegetables (such as onions, celery, bell peppers)
- 2 ounces cooked shredded chicken breast, lean ground turkey, or soy crumbles
- ¼ cup cashew nuts
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 orange for dessert
