Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates
At BariatricPal, we prioritize quick and accurate shipping. Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST are typically shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will ship the next business day.
- USPS Priority: 1-3 business days for delivery
- UPS or FedEx: 1-5 business days for delivery
- Expedited Shipping: Overnight shipping options available at checkout
You'll receive tracking updates via email once your package is shipped and delivered. If you’ve subscribed to text notifications, you'll also receive SMS updates.
Holiday Shipping Times
Shipping carriers may experience delays during peak holiday seasons due to high volumes. We recommend placing your order early to ensure timely delivery. Expedited shipping options are available during checkout to help minimize delays.
Shipping Costs
We strive to keep shipping simple and affordable:
- FREE Shipping: Orders over $99 (after discounts) ship free to the contiguous U.S.
- Flat Rate: For orders under $99, we offer 1-3 day expedited shipping for $9.99.
- Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Signature Required Policy
A signature is required for all orders over $200 to ensure your order arrives safely. If you’re not home during delivery hours, we recommend shipping to your workplace or another location where someone can sign for it.
Waiving the Signature Requirement
If you'd like to waive the signature requirement, please contact customer service before the item ships. You will need to complete and submit a liability release form. A customer service representative will confirm your request and apply it to your order.
Important: The signature requirement cannot be removed once the item is in transit. If the waiver isn't requested before shipping, you’ll be responsible for return and reshipment fees if the package is returned.
Temperature-Sensitive Shipments
If you’re ordering in a warm climate or during summer months, we recommend selecting the fastest shipping option at checkout to protect your items from heat. We also offer the option to ship your products in an Insulated Styrofoam Container with ice packs for extra protection.
If your items arrive melted, don’t worry! Just pop them in the fridge for about an hour, and they'll firm up without losing taste or nutrition.
Quick Tip: Let your melted items cool down before enjoying them again. They’ll still taste great!
Broken Protein Chips
We take care in packing your products, but sometimes protein chips have a little too much fun in transit and arrive pre-crushed. Don’t worry — think of it as a time-saver for meal prep!
Here are a few creative ways to use those broken chips:
- As a crunchy topping for mac and cheese or casseroles
- As a breadcrumb replacement in meatloaf or meatballs
- Sprinkled over soups, salads, or chili for extra texture
- Mixed into your morning egg scramble
International Shipments
We’re happy to ship to Canada, Australia, and many other countries. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the package.
Important: Please check your country’s customs regulations before ordering. We are not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by local authorities. If a package is returned due to customs restrictions, you’ll be responsible for return shipping fees, and a restocking fee may apply.
