We know getting your products as soon as possible is essential. At checkout, you can select the option that is best for you. The BariatricPal Store offers USPS, FedEx, and UPS shipping options. 1-5 Day Expedited shipping within the contiguous U.S. is free for any order over $99. This excludes deliveries to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.

For orders under $99, we offer 1-5 Day expedited shipping for a flat rate of only $9.99. Check the details at our Shipping Page.

We know you are excited to receive your healthy products, and we do our best to pack and ship your order as soon as possible. Orders are normally shipped out the same day, if they're received before 12PM EST. Most orders are shipped by USPS Priority and take 1 to 3 business days to arrive from the time we ship them. You can expect to receive FedEx Ground shipments in 1 to 5 business days from the time we ship them. For faster delivery, you can choose another shipment option at checkout.

You will receive a confirmation email after you place your order. Once your order ships, you can track your order by logging into your account at the BariatricPal Store.

You can return a product, no questions asked, if for some reason you change your mind about your purchase. You can receive a full refund (less shipping and handling charges) or BariatricPal Store credit if the product is unopened. Returning Unopened Items

We hope you are delighted with your order. If not, you can return any unopened items in resellable condition with no questions asked within 30 days of receiving them for a full refund or store credit (less shipping costs). BariatricPal will accept no product returns after 30 days.

You can opt for a full store credit (less costs of shipping) or exchange for a different flavor of the same product.

Customers returning any items must package items properly as we are unable to provide refunds or credits for products damaged during return shipping. We recommend that customers insure return shipments; this way, customers can file a claim with the return shipping carrier if the package is damaged or lost.

You must Contact Customer Service to begin the returns process and receive your RMA #. We can not accept returns that our customer service department doesn't pre-authorize.

Return Policy Exception: Protein PowdersBariatricPal sells single-sized portions of most of our protein powders for you to try before purchasing a larger quantity. Therefore, no returns, exchanges, or credits will be allowed on opened jugs and bags of powders.

Also, opened, single-sized protein powder samples are not eligible for store credit or refund.

Return Policy Exception: Subscription Box (Box of the month club) We do not accept returns or exchanges on subscription boxes or items in our subscription boxes. We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or missing from your box.

Return Policy Exception: Broken Chips

We do everything we can to deliver your products in perfect condition. We cannot be liable for protein chips breaking into small pieces during shipping.

Return Policy Exception: Returned or Exchanged Items

We can not accept returns or exchanges for products shipped as replacements or exchanges.

Return Policy Exception: Weather-Related DamagesBariatricPal cannot be responsible for weather conditions that could affect products once an order has left our premises. We promptly ship all orders from our climate-controlled warehouse, but extreme temperature fluctuations during transit are out of our control.

No returns, exchanges, or credits accepted on products affected by melting or freezing. To help minimize the possibility of receiving weather-related damaged products: Avoid packages being left outside by having orders delivered to your work address or other alternative location, such as a neighbor's home, where you can bring the box inside immediately.

We’re sorry you did not like the item you ordered. If the product is unopened or has less than one serving missing, please Contact Customer Service to begin the return process within 30 days of receiving it.
