Mexican Chicken Salad

   INGREDIENTS :

  • 1 package BariatricPal Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 3 oz. chicken breast, cubed
  • 1 cup green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • Garlic powder to taste 
  • Chili powder to taste
  • Cayenne pepper to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

Mexican Chicken Salad  PREPARATION :

  • Dissolve soup mix in water.
  • In a non-stick skillet combine soup, chicken, green pepper and seasonings.
  • Cook until chicken is done and soup makes a chili-like sauce.
  • Serve over chopped lettuce.
