Mexican Chicken Salad
INGREDIENTS :
- 1 package BariatricPal Cream of Chicken Soup
- 3/4 cup water
- 3 oz. chicken breast, cubed
- 1 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- Garlic powder to taste
- Chili powder to taste
- Cayenne pepper to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
PREPARATION :
- Dissolve soup mix in water.
- In a non-stick skillet combine soup, chicken, green pepper and seasonings.
- Cook until chicken is done and soup makes a chili-like sauce.
- Serve over chopped lettuce.
