Strawberry Almond Meringue Cookies
INGREDIENTS :
- 1 package BariatricPal Strawberry Shake/Pudding
- 3 egg whites
- 1 tsp. almond extract
PREPARATION :
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Prepare baking sheet by spraying with no-stick cooking spray.
- Beat egg whites until dry and stiff.
- Add shake mix and almond extract. Mix thoroughly without over mixing.
- Drop by teaspoonful onto baking sheet.
- Bake at 350° for 5 minutes
