Tuna Casserole  INGREDIENTS :

  • 1 package BariatricPal Chicken Bouillon Soup
  • 4 oz. water-packed tuna
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp. parsley flakes
  • 2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. celery seed
  • Unsalted Poultry Seasoning to taste
  • Sage to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste

Tuna Casserole  PREPARATION :

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  • Place in baking dish and bake for 30 minutes or until browned.
