Chicken Picatta#1

  INGREDIENTS :

  PREPARATION :

  • Dissolve chicken soup in the water and pour into a frying pan.
  • Add lemon juice and garlic powder.
  • Add the chicken breast and saute each side for 5 minutes over medium heat.
  • Remove chicken to a warm plate and cover.
  • Place mushrooms in frying pan.
  • Saute for about 4 minutes then pour over chicken and serve.
