Scaloppini Chicken
INGREDIENTS :
- 1 package BariatricPal Chicken Bouillon Soup
- 1 large chicken breast
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Parsley sprigs
PREPARATION :
- Place chicken in a non-stick frying pan.
- Add lemon juice.
- Season with garlic powder, pepper, parsley and onion powder.
- Dust chicken with contents of soup package.
- Thoroughly cook chicken over high heat uncovered, turning occasionally.
- Serve garnished with parsley sprigs.
