Yummy Cottage Cheese
INGREDIENTS :
- 1 package BariatricPal French Vanilla Shake/Pudding
- 1/2 slice toasted diet bread
- 4 oz. fat-free cottage cheese
- Dash of cinnamon
- Dash of nutmeg
- Diet sweetener, to taste (approximately 2 packets)
PREPARATION :
- Blend shake mix with cottage cheese.
- Spread cottage cheese mixture on diet bread.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon, nutmeg and diet sweetener.
- Place under broiler to heat, approximately 2-3 minutes.
