Cream of Cauliflower Soup
INGREDIENTS :
- 1 package BariatricPal Chicken Bouillon Soup
- ½ cup cooked cauliflower, chopped
- 8 oz. water
- Ground black pepper to taste
PREPARATION :
- In blender combine cauliflower and chicken soup with water to dissolve.
- Mix on medium speed until mixture is creamy.
- Transfer to a saucepan and heat on medium heat.
- Top with pepper.
