Chicken Liver



  • Coat a non-stick skillet with vegetable cooking spray, and heat.
  • Meanwhile, rinse and drain liver. Place into hot skillet.
  • Sprinkle with the 2 tbsp. chicken soup and add green onions.
  • Brown both sides.
  • Cover and cook until tender (about 15 minutes).
