Baked Chicken with Vegetables #1

  INGREDIENTS :

  • 1 package BariatricPal Chicken Bouillon Soup
  • 1 package BariatricPal Italian Dressing
  • 1 4-oz. chicken breast
  • 1/4 cup mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup broccoli florets
  • Oregano to taste
  • Poultry Seasoning to taste
  • Ground pepper to taste

  PREPARATION :

  • Preheat oven to 325°.
  • Place chicken breast on large piece of foil. Dust chicken with soup mix.
  • Add vegetables, herbs, seasoning and salad dressing.
  • Wrap in the foil and bake at 325° for 30 minutes.
