Baked Chicken with Vegetables #1
- 1 package BariatricPal Chicken Bouillon Soup
- 1 package BariatricPal Italian Dressing
- 1 4-oz. chicken breast
- 1/4 cup mushrooms
- 1/4 cup broccoli florets
- Oregano to taste
- Poultry Seasoning to taste
- Ground pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 325°.
- Place chicken breast on large piece of foil. Dust chicken with soup mix.
- Add vegetables, herbs, seasoning and salad dressing.
- Wrap in the foil and bake at 325° for 30 minutes.
