Chicken Vegetable Soup
- 1 package BariatricPal Chicken Bouillon Soup
- 4 oz. white chicken meat in chunks or strips
- 8 oz. water
- ½ cup summer squash
- ¼ cup green pepper, chopped
- ¼ cup broccoli, chopped
- ¼ cup cauliflower, chopped
- ¼ cup green beans, chopped
- ¼ cup tomatoes, chopped
- Seasonings to taste
PREPARATION :
- Boil chicken in the water for a half hour.
- Add vegetables, Seasonings & chicken soup to chicken in water.
- Boil for 15 minutes & then simmer until vegetables are tender ( about 5 minutes ).
