Egg Salad


  • 1 packages BariatricPal Italian Dressing
  • 1 hardboiled egg, grated
  • 1/4 cup fat-free cottage cheese
  • Garlic powder to taste
  • Vinegar to taste 


  • Combine all ingredients in small mixing bowl and mix until smooth.
  • Moisten with vinegar as needed.
