Due to the lack of preservatives in this product, it is kept frozen in our Netrition warehouse until the day it ships. It must be refrozen upon receipt and kept frozen until ready to use. No credit will be issued for improperly stored goods.
If product is refrigerated upon receipt it will be good for 2 weeks, if frozen it will be good for 1 year.

Both your bread and the ice packs may even arrive warm. This is normal!
We recommend upgrading your shipping to Next Day or 2nd day Air as the cold pack service only guarantees 36 hours of protection. To prevent your package from sitting outside in direct sunlight, arrange to be home for delivery or deliver to an alternate location, such as work or a friend's house. Freeze your products upon receipt until you are ready to use.
