How to choose

Protein: look for 15g in the title of the 15g bars.
Fiber: Protein & Fiber and Low Carb bars add fiber.
Texture: wafers are crisp, dough bars soft, crispy bars light.
Variety Packs let you test flavors.

Bars are portable, but many programs want you to eat slowly and in small bites. Ask your surgeon or dietitian when bars fit your stage. At BariatricPal, a Variety Pack is the easiest place to start.
