Both your bread and the ice packs may even arrive warm. This is normal and expected!
We also recommend upgrading your shipping to Next Day or 2nd day Air. To prevent your package from sitting outside in direct sunlight, arrange to be home for delivery or deliver to an alternate location, such as work or a friend's house. Freeze your products upon receipt until you are ready to use.
