* This product is sensitive to heat. During warmer months, we strongly recommend purchasing our Cold Pack Service to reduce the risk of molding. Please note that, even with the Cold Pack Service, your bread will not arrive frozen. Cold packs are designed to keep items cool for 2-3 days during transit. Both your bread and the ice packs may even arrive warm. This is normal and expected!

We also recommend upgrading your shipping to Next Day or 2nd day Air. To prevent your package from sitting outside in direct sunlight, arrange to be home for delivery or deliver to an alternate location, such as work or a friend's house. Freeze your products upon receipt until you are ready to use.

Shipping Note: All orders ship from Albany, NY. Standard shipping from NY to the West Coast takes at least 5–7 days, which exceeds the effective range of cold packs. If you’re located in a warmer region or on the West Coast, upgraded shipping is required to ensure product quality.

No refunds will be provided for orders where Cold Pack Service AND appropriate shipping upgrades were not selected.
