For the Solid Foods Weight Loss Surgery Diet or the Back on Track Weight Loss Diet.

BariatricPal Vegetable Omelet with 1 ounce low-fat shredded cheese 2 cups fresh spinach leaves

Breakfast bowl with ½ cup black beans, 1 ounce low-fat cheese, 2 tablespoons salsa, and ¼ cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt

1 packet BariatricPal Maple Brown Sugar Oatmeal with 1 cup fresh or frozen berries

1 BariatricPal Chocolate Chip Protein Pancake with 1/2 cup non-fat cottage cheese.
