Mock Mashed Potatoes

   INGREDIENTS :

Mock Mashed Potatoes  PREPARATION :

  • In a small saucepan cook cauliflower according to package directions until very soft; drain
  • Mash with fork and add 1/2 package of chicken soup. Mix well.

  • 1/2 cup yellow summer squash, sliced                              
  • 1/2 cup celery, sliced

  • Place all ingredients in small baking dish. Sprinkle with Health Wise chicken Soup.
  • Cover tightly with fall. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
