Jin has a degree in Psychology and has been in the Customer Service industry for more than a year now. For her, it is important that concerns are addressed in a way that would require less effort and time on the customer's end. She makes sure that customers feel valued by listening with sincerity and by putting herself on their shoes. She has been an excellent customer service representative and has shown compassion towards his customers in helping them find what they need. Jin wants to make sure that all problems are resolved because she knows that time is valuable. On her days off, she enjoys reading and watching her favorite TV shows. She makes sure to maintain an active lifestyle through regular jogging and going for an occasional swim.
