Our organic coconut flour is dried, defatted coconut meat that's ground into a fine powder. It's also an excellent source of iron and fiber.

With organic coconut flour you'll use far less than grain-based flours, approximately 1/4 to 1/3 the amount of regular flour called for. You'll also need to increase the amount of liquid used, which can be done by increasing the amount of eggs or egg-substitute. With its unique characteristics we recommend using recipes specifically developed for coconut flour.
