Miracle Noodle Shirataki Pasta is a low carb, sugar free alternative to regular pasta. Made with konjac (Glucomannan) flour, Miracle Noodle Shirataki Pasta is a good source of fiber and can be used in all your low carb pasta recipes. Preparation: Just drain the pack and rinse in a strainer or colander for a couple of minutes. Lightly boil for 1 min. Shelf Life - 6-10 months refrigerated. 4 months pantry. Will last 2 months past printed expiration date if kept refrigerated.

Please note that all orders ship from Albany, NY. Even if temperatures in your local area are above freezing, shipments, especially to the Midwest and West Coast, travel across multiple regions where temperatures may be at or below freezing while in transit.

Because of this risk, we strongly recommend delaying your order of Shirataki Noodles during winter months.

Orders placed during cold weather ship at the customer’s discretion. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for Shirataki products that freeze during transit and arrive with altered texture or consistency.
