Made with konjac (Glucomannan) flour, Miracle Noodle Shirataki Pasta is a good source of fiber and can be used in all your low carb pasta recipes. Preparation: Just drain the pack and rinse in a strainer or collander for a couple of minutes. Lightly boil for 1 min. Shelf Life - 6-10 months refrigerated. 4 months pantry. Will last 2 months past printed expiration date if kept refrigerated.
