Simply mix Sukrin Chocolate mousse with milk, whisk on full power for 3-5 minutes, then leave to cool in the fridge for at least an hour before serving. It tastes great on its own, but you can also add chocolate chips, chopped nuts or fresh berries if you like.
You can also make it as ice cream. For this, we recommend using 150 ml whole milk, whisking well for about 3 minutes, and freezing for around 4 hours.
The mousse can also be made with soy milk, oat milk, almond milk, and similar alternatives. One packet of Sukrin Chocolate mousse provides four servings.
