Do I need B12 after gastric bypass?

Many bariatric programs recommend B12 after surgery, because the body may absorb less of it from food. Your surgeon or dietitian will tell you the amount and form that fit you.

Should I take sublingual B12 or tablets?

Sublingual quick melts and lozenges dissolve in the mouth, while tablets are swallowed. This collection has 1,000 mcg melts from Bariatric Advantage, Celebrate and BariMelts, and 500mcg tablets in a 100 count.
