Shipping Note: All orders ship from Albany, NY. Standard shipping from NY to the West Coast takes at least 5–7 days, which exceeds the effective range of cold packs. If you’re located in a warmer region or on the West Coast, upgraded shipping is required to ensure product quality.

We promptly ship all orders from our climate-controlled warehouse. We cannot control extreme temperatures or delays once your order is in transit. As such, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for products affected by melting.

Simple Solution to a Sticky Situation: If your items arrive soft, place the unopened products or boxes in the refrigerator for about an hour. For best results, avoid handling individually wrapped items until they’ve firmed up. Appearance may vary slightly, but quality and taste remain unchanged.
