As Lent nears its end and Easter approaches, temptations can be threatening. An Easter basket with chocolate bunnies, marshmallow chicks, caramel eggs, and jelly beans can be beautiful, and oh, so dangerous. Eat those, and you might find that your weight loss stalls and your blood sugar shoots up before it crashes.
