Meal Plans for One Week for the Pureed (Mushies) Foods Weight Loss Surgery Diet

You will progress to the pureed foods diet (mushy foods) after you get through the liquid diet. That may be just a couple days if you have lap-band (adjustable gastric band) surgery, or 2 or more weeks after surgery if you have gastric bypass or gastric sleeve surgery. Your doctor may also recommend you go back to the pureed foods diet after an adjustment (fill) if you have the gastric band.
