Lose Weight with Meal Plans
Meal plans can help whether you are sticking to your New Year’s resolutions, gearing up for weight loss surgery, or on the weight loss path with or without surgery. When you have your plan, all you have to do is look at it to see what you’ll need to purchase and prepare for the coming days. Take the guesswork out of weight loss.
Nutritionist-Designed, User-Friendly Menus
Each plan has been developed by a nutritionist, and they have your needs in mind. They are calorie-controlled, high-protein menus with meals and snacks that can keep you interested and satisfied. The meal plans:
- Are high-protein, carb-controlled.
- Provide protein and calorie estimates for each day.
- Are designed for “cooking for one.”
- Include nutrient-dense foods.

Meal and Snack Ideas for Customization
Along with our meal plans, we offer tons of meal and snack ideas. Find Meal and Snack Ideas for 100, 200, 300, 400, and 500 calories; Breakfast Ideas, and Lunch and Dinner Ideas. They are high in protein and low in calories, and they include components such as heart-healthy fats, and antioxidant and fiber-rich superfoods.
You can use them to design your own meal plan, or you can swap in snacks and meals as you like when following one of our meal plans. Doing so lets you customize your menu so you eat the foods you like, and it allows you to vary your daily menus to prevent boredom.
